Renark Management Solutions Ltd is an offshore management company, duly licensed by the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Mauritius to provide an array of financial and fiduciary services in relation to a broad range of structures, including the formation and structuring of offshore companies, trusts, funds, financial services businesses, and other forms of legal entities.

We have been working regularly with clients including leading global professional services firms and high net-worth individuals for over 15 years. Our Team

Our team of professionals are passionate about helping our clients in their journey. They comprise qualified accountants, corporate secretaries, tax specialists and compliance professionals, with expertise gained from many years of practical experience with a combined experience of over 100 years. Our advisors are aware of the legal and tax intricacies of several international financial hubs and how these may affect you.

In our midst, we have an independent non-executive director who was a senior person at the Financial Services Commission. He has a wealth of professional experience including working in advisory and consultancy services in the Middle East.

The Company is also able to call upon the specialist skills of legal counsels and tax advisers, who provide support during transactions and structuring discussions to enable the Company to provide a highly efficient and cost effective service to clients.

Nasreen Dilmohomed

Managing Director

Nasreen attained an Honours Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mauritius and is working towards her affiliation with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

She has worked in the global business sector for over 17 years and during her career, she joined two nascent management companies and contributed to shaping their long-standing success, one of which was acquired by a listed company present in Africa with over USD50 billion of assets under management.

She has considerable experience of working with institutional and corporate clients, especially in private equity.

Lata Beeda

Head of Operations

Lata attained an Honours Degree in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.

She has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked for leading management companies in the global business sector in Mauritius. Lata started her career as an accountant, but gradually took on more responsibilities, including leading a team responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of structures such as funds, trusts and companies.

She has considerable exposure in working with big names in the Indian and African market.

Gamal Ballam

Independent Director

Gamal holds a BSc in Statistics and Applied Mathematics, a Post Graduate in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management and an MSc in Computational Finance.

Presently, he is leveraging his 20+ years of experience in the financial services sector to provide advisory and consultancy services in the Middle East. He specializes in financial risk and non-bank financial sector regulations, with a focus on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) matters.

As an immediate past regulator, Gamal served 10 years (from 2012 to 2022) with the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius, holding some senior roles from Head of Policy to his last position as Assistant Director of Global Business overseeing both Authorization and Supervision. Prior to joining the Regulator, Gamal held different positions in the financial industry in Mauritius, encompassing the insurance and fund management/capital markets sectors. Prior to this, Gamal was a university academic in the field of statistics and finance.

He currently serves as director on two other companies, specializing in governance, risk and compliance technological tools.
